- Define what makes the idea so good.
- Keep it simple what makes it special.
- Keep the elements that were important to hold on to.
- Dont drift from this unless you have very good reason to do so.
- Simplify to its most important elements. Prune it back to its barest fundamental essence.
- You have to have something you can describe in a sentence, draw on a napkin, explain in a lift journey.
- Break it into little pieces
- Completing something usually takes a lot more work then you were expecting,
- Bring in people who can pull favours if you have to.
- You have come this far and you have got a great idea.
- It would be shame if you turned it into something second rate.
